When you send an ecard through 123greetings.com, all your ecard details are stored securely on our servers.
We have a set of programs which verify that all the details are correct and then process the ecard for delivery.
Our postmaster breezes through the delivery process and most of the time (above 90%) both you and the receiver should receive the ecard details instantaneously. Sometimes, our postmaster gets caught up, and may take a couple of hours to deliver your ecard.
if the ecard has not been delivered after a few hours, there is probably a typing error. Ensure that the receiver's email address is accurate.
Occasionally the delivery can also be delayed due to delays in the receiver's mail server.
Note: - Some email systems (esp. those of AOL, Hotmail, CompuServe and certain company email networks) do not receive email immediately. In such cases, the time taken for the receiver to actually receive the ecard varies from a few minutes to several hours.
