Why do I need to insert a 5 character code after clicking the card send button?

Sometimes, our systems detect increased activity based on our different process control parameters.

In order to prevent a problem from affecting a larger number of our users, we implement this method to ensure that our systems are not being misused by a software program to send out fraudulent cards or any such similar activities, as prevented by our terms of use.

Once you fill out the code and verify that you are indeed human, your ecard should be on it's way as normal. There's nothing more you need to do.
