How do I place my order?

Ordering a calendar is easy. Just select the item from the product page edit the quantity and click on "Buy Now" button, enter your shipping address and payment information, Check out the Order and you are done.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order will be delivered through USPS/ FedEx courier at your doorstep.

Is it necessary to have an account to order the calendar?

No. You do not have to register or have an account to order a Calendar.

What is the difference between shipping address and billing address?

Shipping address is where the item is being delivered. Billing address is the address associated with the credit/ debit card you are paying with. Shipping & billing address are usually the same address, but can be different.

When will I receive my order?

Your order confirmation email will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.

If you have opted for Free Standard delivery then you will receive the order in 4-6 days.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please fill in our Contact Us form with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately.
If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account by your bank's payment gateway.

Can I use my Debit Card for availing EMI option on my purchase?

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Unfortunately, we do not have separate option of EMI. You may contact your Credit card provider for availing the same.

Our courier will try to attempt to deliver your order over next 2 days.

The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbor/ front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, write to us at customersupport@123greetings.com.

Can I schedule the delivery of my order as per my availability?
