Why am I getting a Virus Notice/.exe file link when I get a card from 123greetings.com?

There is no way you can get any Virus Notice/ .exe file link while receiving ecards from 123Greetings.com

As per policy 123Greetings.com does not send any attachment or .exe file link in the email. There is no spurious software/ virus that is associated with any email that you receive from 123Greetings.com. All ecards that are sent using the 123greetings.com system are stored on the 123greetings.com servers. You do not have to install any software to send & receive ecards from our website.

We are aware that there have been email campaigns from SPAMMERS that claim to be an ecard from 123Greetings.com which contain an attachment or phishing links that will infect your computer with a malicious and destructive virus.

If you receive any Virus Notification/ .exe file link it must be a FRAUDULENT email sent by an IMPOSTER. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK OR DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHMENT.

Please send us a copy of the fraudulent email to techsupport@123greetings.com with full headers and body of the email for us to take action against these SPAMMERS.
